Devin's Wedding

Awwwwwh, my little brother got married!! It was a beautiful outside ceremony, and a jumpin' party afterwards! He married Merinda and we are thrilled to include her into our family!

Waiting for the bride. . . .and the ring exchange.

This was after they were announced as Husband and Wife. I thought these pictures were cute of Merinda. Her smile and shyness (trying to hide behind her boquet) was touching.

MaryAlice and her Great-Grandma Harmon.

The first dance. . .

The cake, and the feeding - not messy - BORING!! ha!

My Dad - gotta love him!

They had a Candy Bar, and Lili loved this idea! Can you tell?

Daddy/Daugher and Mother/Son dance.

My mom wanted to take a picture of all her grandchildren. It was a good idea until one baby was crying, and Toby's smallest, Jake, didn't want to stay. But we did get a few good pictures. This is one of the good ones!
My baby brother, Wes, trying to catch the garter. Yes, he looks serious, but he just wasn't aggressive enough. He didn't get it.
My oldest brother, Toby, and his wife, Amy, have this tradition of giving shirts to us siblings when we get married. They say "I (heart) ____" with our spouse's name filled in the blank. They're a funny gift and fun to work with. Well, with Devin they thought they'd have some fun. It's hard to see in the first picture, but Devin't shirt is a child size. He was puzzled when he opened it, but we explained that was the size we thought he prefered to wear. (Devin likes to wear form-fitting shirts) Ha! So, being Devin, he went with it, and tried it on!
Devin's band "Alex the Skydiver" performed that night. It was fun. . . and LOUD!
And of course, the messy car. A great finish to a great event.
Again, congrats to Devin and Merinda, we wish you the best and hope you have a happy marriage!
