When we moved here to Utah, there wasn't room for her, so she's been in storage for a year. Since things are getting rough - I considered selling her. But after lots of advice and encouragement from my friends and family (Thank you ALL!), I decided to keep her, and use her! I figured out a way she would fit in our house, and have decided to brush up on my skills, and advertise to play for events. (like the harp players do. . . you know, sit in the corner and play pretty music and get paid $$) So, here are some pictures of the day I brought her out of storage, shined her up, and set her up! (Yes, it's a "SHE" - isn't SHE beautiful!?!?!)

Okay, I meaured out the perfect space - (9 ft) at the foot of my bed. So, here's the pieces before I start the construction!
Then, the heavy brass resonators.
Finally, the rosewood keys! Oh, it's so wonderful to play again!
And, the protective cover.
So, now my next project (so my family and friends tell me) is to put up some YouTube videos of me playing her! First, I better find someone who will lend me their video camera to do the job. But I'm working on it.
So Happy!
